Yesterday, I snapped this photo of our baby boy’s nursery after I finished putting up the Shanna Murray clover wall decal on the nursery door. I love this photo for so many reasons. I can envision myself sitting under those hot air balloons, in the brown leather “man chair”, cozied up with soft blankets in the fall, with our sweet baby boy Matteo in my arms while having a staring contest. This photo reminds me of our long journey so far, but more than that it is a glimpse into his nursery, our future and all of the high expectations we have set for ourselves to be good parents and to raise a good son.
